We believe every child learns differently, and at xMA, that difference is celebrated. Our Personalized Learning model puts students at the center of their education by tailoring instruction to individual needs, strengths, and interests. Using core strategies like Universal Design for Learning (UDL), Small Group Instruction, Blended Learning, and Mastery-Based Progression, students move at their own pace and receive the support or challenge they need. Learning is tracked through Personalized Learning Plans, Challenge Boards, and student-led portfolios, ensuring every learner is seen, supported, and empowered to thrive.

Grounded in the CASEL core competencies and reinforced by our P.O.W.E.R. values, SEL at xMA includes daily check-ins, restorative practices,, and culture-building routines.
